One of the biggest challenges during my staying at Betahaus was growing brand reputation among the startups events scene . Back then Betahaus had already a very high reputation among the real estate & Coworking market.

How did i go about that?

• re-styling internal working method & structure
• use of CRM softwares to simplify work flow and keep sales track
• Creation of Brochures and Presentations for the Event department to clients
• Coordinating Online presence with Online marketing department
• regular stakeholder´s meeting
